How do i find my location's latitude and longitude?

i live in a UK village which is too small for me to have found the answer via google . i do not have any GPS equiptment so ideally i would need a website with a global map (?) to tell me.

thank you!How do i find my location's latitude and longitude?
http://maps.google.com

Type in the location. Copy and past the link to a file.

In the very long link you will find a variable called ll, which looks like this: ll=51.500675, -0.109262

These are the latitude and longitude in decimal form.

The example here is for the Big Ben in London.

No village is too small for Google Earth to find. Install google earth, find your village and you'll have your coordinates. How do i find my location's latitude and longitude?
Google Earth should work.

It would be very hard to get the lat/long of a village from a world map. The reference lines are far too infrequent to zero in o na small area. You could get a lot more precise with a map of the UK or even of your county or district. You can usually do this with a Google Image Search including the area and the word "map".How do i find my location's latitude and longitude?
