What are the boundaries of COLD TEMPERATE LATITUDE?

Thank you. I can't find it on google. What are the boundaries of COLD TEMPERATE LATITUDE?
As a very simple model, the earth can be divided in those climatic zones:

Latitude 0 (equator): Low atmospheric pressure

Latitude 30: high pressure

Latitude 60: low pressure

Latitude 0 (pole): high pressure.

Between the equator and latitude 30, it can be defined as tropical zone.

Between 30 and 60, as temperate zone, and

Between 60 and 90, the polar zone.

While I have never read it before, I guess the cold temperate latitude could be the northern part of the temperate zone, also from latitude 45 to latitude 60.

You'll have to find out if it makes sense with the context. What are the boundaries of COLD TEMPERATE LATITUDE?
Is it cold, or is it temperate? The divider is around 30 degrees North or South. However, local features such as oceans, currents, inland seas like the Great Lakes, and deserts can alter that division point.

Think of Ireland. It'd be colder there than Nova Scotia, except for the Gulf Stream.
