How to retrieve the place's name from google map by sending the latitude n longitude values ?

Here's a description of my project..... title is VOICE BASED GUIDE FOR VISUALLY IMPAIRED....



1.Transference of the positional information of the visually impaired via SMS to the central server.

2.Obtaining the intended destination from the visually impaired and transfer as voice to the central server.

3.Convert the destination information from voice to text at the central server.

4.In the server side, the blind persons navigation is plotted in google maps

5.When ever he reaches a particular point in his head phone he will be alerted
