Ok so my friends has been egging my house lately and i want to do something back to him but i can't find out where he lives and no one will tell me will someone help me find a free way to track him down though his cell phone it seems like the easiest way to find a person (i've already tried google latitude and it didn't work)??How can i track someone on my laptop or phone for free?
He's a "friend" of yours and you don't know where he lives!



Also how do you know it's him to begin with? Did you actually see him do it in person? Have you any evidence that it was him? Or are you just assuming that he did?

If your convinced it was him then report him to the Police for Criminal Damage and let them deal with it. You take revenge and it could be you ending up in Court.



As regards his phone, unless he is registered with the scheme to begin with and has given permission for you to trace him, you wont be able to do so.
