i love google earth but having no friends and not caring where anyone i know is at . well that is of no use to me .Google latitude helps spying someone?
I suppose it would be possible, but in order to do it you would have had to installed google maps on the phone, set up latitude and left it running in the background. The first time they turn the phone off it'll go away.
If they gave you permission to follow them in latitude then is it spying? They know about it right?
Last thing Latitude is about as precise as a blindfolded guy throwing darts at a moving target on the wall. Especially in rural areas.
