How do i use google earth?

Ok, i basically know how to use it. The only thing i don't know is how to put latitude and longitude coordinates into the search. Because people will tell me coordinates to type in and i don't know how.How do i use google earth?
Enter the latitude and longitude separated by a space.

For example:

47掳30'25.27" 19掳02'44.50"

beauty
