Must be a virus...u should scan ur computer. If it fails, then backup any important data and format your Hard Drive. Then reinstall windows and all other software and insert back those files. Registry issues, sounds like a lot of old junk files in the registry and temp files , download and install ccleaner http://www.piriform.com , run disk cleanupde-fragg,under control panel %26gt;internet options click delete to delete browsing history and any leftover temp files and infected cookies
