How do you view Latitude/Longitude on Google Earth?

I have been looking on google, and apparently there are some secret google Earth locations. However, the people making these lists only put the latitude and longitude coordinates. So here is My question:



How Do You View Specific Latitude/Longitude Coordinates on Google Earth?
